Julia is a Partner in the Sustainable Business team, where she advises clients on a full range of business agendas. Julia has extensive experience in sustainable business transformation and communication to drive long term business value, resilience and real-world action, and deep subject matter expertise across both environmental and social agendas.

Before joining Brunswick, Julia was the Group Head of Environment and Climate Action at Bupa, where she had an international remit on both strategy and implementation. Before this, she led the environmental agenda at ITV and customer marketing at Unilever. Her background also includes social purpose and advisory roles across sectors including consumer goods, telecommunications, media and financial services.

Julia is a regular speaker at industry events, including the Net Zero Festival, edie conferences and a Judge of UK Green Business Awards run by Business Green. Julia was also a finalist in Business Green’s inaugural Women in Green Business awards for Corporate Sustainability Leader of 2024.

Julia holds an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London, specialised in Business and Environment, and is a graduate of the School of Systems Change.
