Jerome Biscay


Jerome has extensive experience in diverse aspects of corporate communications, including M&A, IPOs, corporate positioning and critical financial communications.

Jerome joined Brunswick in 2004 after more than 15 years in investment banking. He worked for Paribas (Compagnie Bancaire) as head of global securitization and then joined Bear Stearns in the structured finance group. He was then vice-president at Bankers Trust before joining Deutsche Bank, advising on a variety of M&A, rating advisory and corporate debt transactions.

Jerome acts as a senior consultant to clients on critical communication issues, with a particular emphasis on capital markets issues, financial institutions and real estate. He has worked on several IPOs and cross-border transactions including Rexel’s acquisition of Hagemeyer, Unibail’s takeover of Rodamco or Technip’s acquisition of Global Industries. He also advised on a variety of critical communications issues for companies including Dexia, Rhodia, Accor or Moody’s.
