Over her seven-year tenure with the firm, she has also worked in Brunswick’s Washington, D.C. and Dubai offices and brings a strong international perspective to her work, managing complex cross-border projects across geographies. She is a member of Brunswick’s Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, partnering with a range of organizations including pharmaceutical companies to biotechs at various stages in their investment lifecycle.
Jennifer has worked with a variety of clients on financial transactions and IPOs. Her client work includes Bristol-Myers Squibb’s $13.4bn acquisition of Celgene, Bayer’s $66bn acquisition of Monsanto, and Sysco’s integration planning for its attempted $8.2bn acquisition of US Foods.
Prior to Brunswick, Jennifer worked as a litigation legal assistant at Sullivan & Cromwell where she provided research, project management, and logistical and trial support to firm clients who are leaders in financial services, healthcare, and technology. She earned her bachelor’s degree in History and Government from Georgetown University and also studied at La Sorbonne in Paris.
