Jason draws on his experience as a commercial litigator to advise clients on business-critical situations, including litigation and crisis, corporate reputation, and financial communications matters. He has counseled companies based in Asia, Europe, and South America engaged in U.S. litigation. As part of the firm’s cyber security practice group, Jason advises clients on communicating privacy policies and adhering to government regulations relating to data security issues.

His clients have included Avianca Airlines, Avon, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Cigna, Criteo, Digital Currency Group, Dollar General, Facebook, Lending Club, Merck KGaA, Millennium Management, Neustar, Pandora, PepsiCo, VIZIO, and WorldQuant. 

Prior to joining Brunswick, Jason practiced law at multiple Am Law 100 firms, advising clients on government investigations, white collar criminal defense, and commercial disputes. He clerked for the Hon. Theodore H. Katz in the Southern District of New York. Jason received a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from Cornell University.
