Jason draws on his experience as an attorney to advise global organizations on business-critical issues, including crisis and litigation, corporate reputation, and financial communications matters.

He has supported companies across sectors on complex situations that go to the heart of their businesses. Jason also previously served as Chief of Staff to Brunswick CEO of the Americas, Nik Deogun.

Prior to joining Brunswick, Jason practiced law at two Am Law 100 firms, advising clients on government investigations, white collar criminal defense, and commercial disputes. He clerked for the Hon. Theodore H. Katz in the Southern District of New York. Jason received a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from Cornell University.
