She works with clients on the people side of business change through critical moments like transactions, litigation or a pivotal moment in a transformation programme. This includes creating networks of advocates, equipping leaders to champion a change and assessing the most impactful use of internal channels. She also works with clients to proactively define their culture and employee value proposition or reactively assess it to address issues following a crisis.
Isabel joined Brunswick from the management consultancy North Highland, where she spent five years in the People & Change practice. There she worked with public and private sector clients on large transformation projects, advising on change management strategies to nudge employee behaviour and guide them through their change journeys. Before that she worked in the Energy & Industrials team at Hill + Knowlton Strategies developing corporate communications.
