Greg Roumeliotis provides strategic counsel and communications support to public and private organizations across industries on a variety of critical matters and long-term engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism/proxy contests, IPOs, regulatory issues, management changes, bankruptcies and restructurings, litigation, and crises. He is part of Brunswick's financial situations group in New York.

Prior to joining Brunswick in September 2024, Greg was Corporate Finance & ESG Editor at Reuters, overseeing deals reporting and environmental, social, and corporate governance coverage. He helped drive market-moving stories and award-winning investigative journalism, including the Musk Industrial Complex series, which won the Pulitzer Prize in the national reporting category in 2024, and coverage of the fall of FTX, which won the Gerald Loeb award in the breaking news category in 2023. Greg's previous roles at Reuters included M&A editor and private equity reporter in New York, correspondent in Amsterdam, and finance reporter in London.

Greg graduated from the University of Strathclyde with an MLitt in Journalism and from the University of Glasgow with a BSc in Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry.
