He joined Brunswick in 2006 and has worked on several transactions and projects including the buyout of Investcom by MTN, Barclays buyout of Absa and Walmart’s purchase of a majority share in Massmart.
Gordon was also part of the team advising Old Mutual on a proposed sale of its stake in Nedbank and also the buyout of AFGRI by AgriGroupe Investments.
Gordon also worked as Acting Head of Communication for Old Mutual Emerging Markets where he oversaw the communications function. He also worked at Mutual & Federal (Old Mutual Insure) as a consultant to the Africa & New Markets division.
Prior to joining Brunswick Gordon worked at Arcay Financial Communications.
