In addition to helping multinational organizations manage their China presences, he also supports leading Chinese companies as they expand around the world.
Prior to joining Brunswick, Gavin led research and editorial teams at Caixin Insight and China Policy, supporting MNCs, financial institutions, embassies, and industry associations navigating China’s intricate regulatory environment.
Based in China since 2016, Gavin is fluent in English and Mandarin. He holds a B.A. in Policy Studies and Asian Studies from Rice University.
