After spending the first nine years of his career with Brunswick, he joined HSBC in 2017 as the bank’s Head of External Communications in the Middle East. He re-joined Brunswick in 2021.
At Brunswick, Edward advises clients across a range of sectors – with a focus on financial services – on corporate positioning, investor relations and media engagement.
Edward specialises in financial situations and capital markets transactions. He has advised on a range of large and complex transactions including the IPOs of Marafiq (KSA), DEWA (UAE) and Brit Insurance (UK), as well as the merger of NBAD and FAB (UAE). While at HSBC, Edward also supported Saudi British Bank on its merger with Alawwal Bank (KSA).
Edward has a BSc Economics degree from the University of Southampton, UK.
