Di leads on a number of M&A, investor engagement and issues management mandates, both regionally and cross-border.

Di has over 25 years of experience, having spent the last ten years as a partner at Brunswick advising large multi-national companies with a focus on issues and crises, investor engagement and complex cross-border transactions. Di is a key part of the core Financial Practice team and has experience across a variety of industries with a focus on energy & resources, technology and financial services.

Prior to being a partner of Brunswick, Di worked in investor relations, development finance and in investment banking as a financial analyst.
