Daniel’s engagements involve advising companies on profile-raising and cross-border issues connecting the U.S., Latin America, and more specifically, Brazil. He led stakeholder campaigns and managed sensitive reputational matters across a variety of industries and sectors including TMT, Financial Institutions, and Infrastructure.
Prior to joining Brunswick, Daniel was Bureau Chief of Grupo Globo in New York, where he was nominated twice for an International Emmy Award and led the North American news operation for Brazil’s largest television network. He was deeply involved in the network’s profound transformation from a traditional media conglomerate to a full spectrum media and technology leader in Latin America. As a journalist, Daniel covered a broad gamut of topics including U.S. domestic and international politics, large scale armed conflicts, the United Nations, science and health.
Daniel is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and German. He is graduate of Lafayette College, where he majored in English. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern with specializations in Corporate Finance and the Entertainment, Media and Technology sectors.
