At Brunswick, her work has included advising Anheuser-Busch InBev on their $106 billion combination with SABMiller in 2015, their $5.8 billion reacquisition of Oriental Brewery in 2014, and their $20.1 billion combination with Grupo Modelo in 2012, working with Heinz on their $55 billion combination with Kraft in 2015 and advising KIND Snacks on their 2017 minority investment from Mars. She has also provided reputation management strategy and counsel for organizations including AB InBev, McKinsey & Co., the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Thomson Reuters, among others.
Carly joined Brunswick in 2012 after spending several years at boutique communications firms focused on capital markets and technology. She graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in History and German, and she has a Master’s degree in international relations from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. Carly has published two articles in academic journals based on her graduate school research, and she was a Fulbright Fellow to Austria.
