Cameron provides strategic counsel and communications support to public and private organizations across industries on a variety of capital markets engagements, including M&A, shareholder activism/proxy contests, IPOs, and IR related work. 

Prior to joining Brunswick in August 2021, Cameron served as a Vice President at Sard Verbinnen & Co., where he worked on a wide range of special situations, including: LVMH’s acquisition of Tiffany & Co., Capstead Mortgage’s merger with Benefit Street Partners, Graphic Packaging’s acquisition of AR Packaging, II-VI’s acquisition of Coherent, Party City’s sale of its Canadian assets to Canadian Tire, Energizer’s acquisition of Spectrum Brands’ Battery and Portable Lighting Business, Takeda’s listing on NYSE, and TEGNA’s activism defense against Standard General, among many others.

Cameron graduated from Bucknell University with a B.S. in Political Science and a double minor in Economics and Philosophy.

Lee Partners LP, Kimberly-Clark, SmileDirectClub, MUFG Bank, Sandridge Energy Activision Blizzard, Sempra Energy, Axalta, and Allergan.  Before working in communications, Cameron worked in the energy sector with Heat Energy Group LLC, now part of BGC Partners, providing institutional over-the-counter brokerage services.
