Cabe Franklin

Cabe has more than 25 years experience in senior communications and strategy roles.
He co-leads our Client Service Team, which speaks with hundreds of clients each year about their perspectives and priorities, and then translates that into actionable insights for the firm. He also oversees project areas including technology change, knowledge management, and internal comms.
Prior to Brunswick, he spent 15 years at McKinsey, where he established and led the global Strategic & Change Comms practice, helping leaders and comms teams engage their organizations to accelerate the impact of new business strategies. Before that role, he co-led McKinsey’s global internal comms team. He spent his first five years at McKinsey as a strategy consultant, leading teams delivering large-scale change for private and public sector clients in the US and UK.
Prior to McKinsey, he served technology clients at Porter Novelli and Ogilvy Public Relations, and held comms roles at VC-backed startups Hero Capital and SF Interactive. His journalism experience includes time at Harper’s and DCI Magazine. He holds a BA from Amherst College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
