Brunswick Group appoints Fabiola Williams as a Partner and Group Head of Talent and HR

Brunswick appoints highly experienced practitioner to lead global HR teams.

March 19, 2024 – Brunswick Group, the world’s leading critical issues advisory firm, today announced that Fabiola Williams will join the firm as a Partner and Group Head of Talent and HR, based in London, on May 10, 2024.

Fabiola is a highly experienced HR leader, who has a track record of delivering human-centric Talent and HR strategies with global impact. She joins Brunswick from McArthurGlen Group, where she has served as Chief People Officer since 2019, rebuilding the HR function and helping reorganize and transform the business over the past four years. She was previously SVP of Global Talent at Coty and led People and HR teams at White Stuff, the UK government’s Department for Work and Pensions, The Body Shop International and L'Oréal.

At Brunswick, Fabiola will work closely with Meaghan Ramsey, Chief People Officer, and the firm’s global People team to advance the firm’s people-related priorities.

About Fabiola Williams

Most recently, Fabiola was Chief People Officer at McArthurGlen Group, the leading designer of luxury outlet shopping centers. In this role, she was responsible for HR and corporate head office facilities. Before that, she was SVP of Global Talent at Coty Inc., where she oversaw global talent acquisition, learning and development, culture and inclusion and belonging.

Previously, Fabiola was People and Culture Director at White Stuff and HR Director at the Department for Work & Pensions. Before that, she held a number of senior roles at L'Oréal, including Global HR Director at The Body Shop International, International Change Management Director at L'Oréal and HR Director at L'Oréal UK & Ireland. Earlier in her career, she was a Recruitment Manager at McKinsey & Company.

Fabiola is a Trustee of the Institute of Business Ethics. She earned a B.A. Double Honours from the University of Manchester and an MSc in Organisational Change from Ashridge Business School.
