Nick is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with over 15 years of experience across Asia Pacific, the Gulf, and South Africa.
In his role as Director, Recruitment, based in the firm’s Hong Kong office, he builds on Brunswick’s legacy as a destination for world-class talent, playing an important role in shaping the firm’s current and future leadership. Nick is responsible for driving strategic recruitment initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent across diverse markets including Japan, China, Singapore, Australia, India, the Gulf, and South Africa.
With a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities across these geographies, Nick has successfully worked with the firm’s leadership to innovate Brunswick’s approach to recruitment, aligning it with the firm’s growth objectives. During his time with Brunswick, he has led searches across the firm’s sectors and practice groups.
Nick joined Brunswick in 2016 from Tardis Group, an Australian-headquartered executive search firm, where he led their APAC Company Secretariat and Compliance practice. He began his career with CommSec, Australia’s largest online stockbroking firm.
