With over 15 years of experience, Richard has led engineering and quality assurance teams across agency, consulting, and in-house environments. He has delivered digital programmes across a range of sectors including financial services, healthcare, professional services, and non-profits. His expertise spans software architecture, implementation, security, and quality assurance. His leadership style is collaborative and coaching-led, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams and delivering high-quality outcomes at pace.
