Alexa von Dryander

Alexa has extensive experience in positioning and transaction mandates. She advises clients on corporate and financial communications, restructurings, M&A mandates and crisis situations, many of them in an international context.

Alexa joined Brunswick in 2004 and initially worked in the London office before moving to Frankfurt in 2008. She advises companies from various industries but with a focus on the financial services industry. Over the past years, Alexa has developed and executed a number of long-term strategic positioning programs and has handled media relations on behalf of clients. In addition, she has advised clients on a variety of special situations and complex M&A transactions including private, public, domestic and cross-border deals.
Prior to joining Brunswick, Alexa worked for Bloomberg Financial Television in London as a producer and journalist for German television. She studied international business administration at the University of Westminster in London and the Universidad Complutense in Madrid.
