Jennifer advises clients on a range of high-stakes issues across sectors with a focus on tech and healthcare. She has deep experience in corporate reputation, crisis management, media relations, and financial communications.
Over her 12-year tenure with the firm, she has worked in Brunswick’s San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and Dubai offices and brings a global perspective to her work, managing complex cross-border projects. She is a core member of Brunswick’s Healthcare & Life Sciences practice and partners with a diverse range of organizations from global pharmaceutical companies to early-stage biotechs across all stages of their investment lifecycle. She also works closely with major tech companies entering the healthcare space.
Jennifer has worked with a variety of clients on financial transactions, including serving as a lead communications advisor on Airbnb and Instacart’s IPOs. Her M&A experience includes Bristol-Myers Squibb’s $13.4bn acquisition of Celgene and Bayer’s $66bn acquisition of Monsanto.
Prior to Brunswick, Jennifer worked as a litigation legal assistant at Sullivan & Cromwell. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and also studied at La Sorbonne in Paris.
