Dr. Philipp Schüler

Philipp specialises in critical situations and complex projects. He has supported a number of national and international clients on their successful initial public offerings, worked on complex cross border M&A situations and helped companies improve their public profile and capital markets communications. In these situations, he combines his in-depth experience in strategic advisory with the other key disciplines such as digital communication, campaign support and data collection and analysis.

Philipp joined Brunswick in 2006 after graduating from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management with a business degree. From 2012 to 2016, Philipp attended a part-time doctor program at the Technical University of Darmstadt, where he researched shareholder activism in Continental Europe.
