Lulwa Rizkallah
Director
Lulwa is a Director focused on People and Operations for the Gulf region.
Her responsibilities encompass a range of strategic and operational functions, including resourcing, talent acquisition, onboarding and learning and development. She started her career at Brunswick as a client handler advising clients from a range of sectors on corporate and leadership positioning, reputation management and stakeholder engagement. She worked closely with leadership teams to develop strategic and thoughtful content for impactful campaigns with a primary focus on the role of business in society.
Prior to joining Brunswick, Lulwa worked with the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) as well as international and local non-profit organizations on refugee protection and access to education.
Lulwa holds a B.A. in Law from the University of Cambridge and an LLM in International Human Rights Law from the University of Georgetown. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Associate Certified Coach, member of the international Coaching Federation. She is fluent in English, French and Arabic and proficient in Spanish.
