Sandra Noonan

Sandra Noonan is a Director in Brunswick’s Global Climate Hub, advising clients across professional services, financial services, consumer industries, education, and philanthropy, among others.
Her work focuses on shaping corporate sustainability narratives, supporting climate transition planning, and positioning organizations for leadership on sustainable business practices.
Prior to joining Brunswick in 2024, Sandra served as Chief Sustainability Officer at the U.S. restaurant chain Just Salad. There, she oversaw the company’s supply chain operations, led the national expansion of its pioneering reusable packaging program, introduced first-of-their-kind carbon labels on menu items, and directed the company’s successful B Corp certification process. Earlier in her career, Sandra held roles at Citigroup and Morgan Stanley spanning Corporate Affairs, Digital Marketing, and Global Sustainable Finance. She began her professional journey as a financial journalist at Bloomberg News.
Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University, where she was an Angier B. Duke Scholar, and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, where she was a Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellow.
