Patricia Graue

Patricia advises C-suite and senior management teams on investor, media, and stakeholder relations strategies and programs related to complex capital markets matters including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and shareholder activism.

She has extensive experience delivering executive counsel and leading global teams advising market-leading companies through both defining moments and ongoing engagement with the investment community.

Prior to joining Brunswick, Patricia worked at Goldman Sachs and Citi in consumer-retail equity research.

Patricia has an MBA from the Wharton School, a Master’s in International Studies focused on East Asia from the University of Pennsylvania, and an A.B. from Princeton University.
