David advises clients on complex transformation and restructuring projects, often in cross-border contexts.
Among other mandates, he supported the strategic future-proofing of a global family-owned company, the restructuring of the German production network of a large tire manufacturer as well as significant divestments and subsequent integrations.
David is a recognized expert in the automotive and automotive supplier industries, where he supports some of the world’s leading companies in transforming their business models for long-term competitiveness. In addition, he has significant experience advising on crisis situations and M&A transactions across sectors.
David studied Law, Political Science, and Management in Munich and at Lake Constance. A German and French national, he brings a cross-cultural perspective to his work with clients across Europe and beyond.
