John Dudzinsky
Director
John is a director in Brunswick’s Financial Practice and has more than 20 years of experience in financial communications and situations in both New York and London.
Specifically, he advises corporate clients across industries and geographies on capital markets positioning and profile building, mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, strategic change, reputation management, and restructuring.
Prior to Brunswick, John worked in financial communications and media relations at three agencies over two decades. He was a Senior Director at APCO Worldwide, a Vice President at Kreab Gavin Anderson, and a Managing Director at Taylor Rafferty.
During this time, John was also seconded to one of the FTSE’s largest companies for a two-year period to help support a major strategic realignment which included the sales of two high-profile business units and an acquisition.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT.
