Manja Domack
Director

Manja advises clients on strategic communications and public affairs in high-stakes, reputation-critical contexts. With deep expertise in the defense sector and a track record of advising global clients on political positioning, stakeholder engagement and communications strategy, she is known for her clear-headed, pragmatic approach and strong leadership in complex environments.
A former officer in the German Armed Forces, Manja served on a mission in Afghanistan—an experience that shaped her resilience, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure.
At Brunswick, she plays a central role in managing sensitive mandates across the security and defence industry, while also supporting clients in a variety of other sectors. She develops impactful narratives, leads multi-stakeholder communications campaigns, and guides organisations through transformation and crisis. Within the firm, she is valued for her reliability, strategic focus, and collaborative mindset.
Before joining Brunswick, Manja was a Policy Analyst at the Federation of German Security and Defence Industries (BDSV e.V.), where she managed political communications and stakeholder engagement. During her more than ten years as an officer in the German Armed Forces, she held several leadership roles in communications and public affairs, working closely with political and military decision-makers.
Manja holds a degree in Business Administration from the Bundeswehr University Munich and is a certified Project Management Associate.
