Carole is the joint head of Brunswick’s global energy and resources practice and is based in London.
Her focus is on mining and metals clients where she advises on strategic, high stakes financial and non-financial issues facing the business and/or the sector. Carole’s clients have included Antofagasta, AngloGold Ashanti, Barrick, BHP, Endeavour Mining, Freeport McMoRan, Fresnillo, ICMM, Ivanhoe Mines, KAZ Minerals, KMGEP, London Metal Exchange, Teck Resources, Vale Base Metals, Vedanta and the World Gold Council. Support for these clients have been on IPO’s, M&A, crisis, litigation, sustainability, CEO transition, and corporate reputation and positioning.
Prior to joining Brunswick, Carole worked at Credit Suisse and JPMorgan as a mining equity analyst and in institutional sales, and prior to that she was a uranium/nuclear fuels analyst with the World Nuclear Association. Her career in mining started in Australia where she worked for a mid cap diversified mining company.
Carole is a NED of CQS Natural Resources Growth and Income plc, Nyrstar N.V. and was the Chair of Women in Mining (UK).
