Sue Bettman

Sue advises companies and their boards of directors on their most critical risks and opportunities including corporate crisis, transformations, litigation, shareholder activism, financial communications, corporate governance, and acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, and other transactions to support and evolve the capital structure.

Prior to joining Brunswick, Sue served as Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel of LSC Communications and as General Counsel of each of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, Huron Consulting Group, and True North Communications. She started her career and became a partner at Kirkland & Ellis practicing in the corporate group.

Sue graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts (Phi Beta Kappa) in Economics and earned her J.D. (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Illinois College of Law where she was a member of the Law Review’s leadership team.
