Having built businesses from the ground up, Tereza leaves no stone unturned when it comes to equipping clients and the Brunswick team with the foundations of successful development. Open-minded and a champion of all forms of diversity, Tereza is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and good governance. She is an invaluable and discerning leadership voice on boards for NGOs providing access to education and technology start-ups.
Tereza has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of São Paulo and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She has completed an executive program in Corporate Strategy at Harvard Business School and has been a guest lecturer for capital markets, finance and governance courses at universities and institutes in São Paulo. She is fluent in English, Japanese, and Portuguese.
