Before joining Brunswick, she was the head of MZ Consult Latin America and participated as senior advisor in 95% of the IPOs in Brazil between 2004 and 2012, focusing on the development of investor relations strategy for over 120 newly-listed companies. Previously Tereza worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, in the IR department of Vivo (Telefonica Brasil) and as a research analyst for Banco Votorantim.
At Brunswick, she has advised clients such as Itaú, Itaú BBA, Ambev, Biosev, Marisa, Mistubishi Heavy Industries and Avon. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an executive program in Corporate Strategy in Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP). She has been a guest lecturer at the University of São Paulo (USP), Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), ESPM and ESAMC. A dual Brazilian and Japanese citizen, she is fluent in Portuguese, English and Japanese.
