Tereza has extensive experience investor relations and capital markets. Before joining Brunswick, she was the head of MZ Consult Latin America and participated as senior advisor for the IPOs in Brazil, focusing on the development of investor relations strategy for over 120 newly-listed companies. Previously Tereza worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, in the IR department of Vivo (Telefonica Brasil) and as a research analyst for Banco Votorantim.
She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an executive program in Corporate Strategy in Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP). She has been a guest lecturer at the University of São Paulo (USP), Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), ESPM, ESAMC and IBGC Certification Courses for Board members. A dual Brazilian and Japanese citizen, she is fluent in Portuguese, English and Japanese.
