Brunswick Group, the strategic advisory firm focused on critical issues, is pleased to announce that Sibusiso Mngadi has joined as a Partner in Brunswick’s Johannesburg office.
Sibusiso joins Brunswick from satellite communications firm Bellwether Ltd., where he was chief commercial officer, a role in which he helped the firm build profitable operations across 43 countries in Africa and the Middle East, beginning in 2009. Prior to this, he was a VP and spokesperson for The Coca-Cola Company for eight years -- four years in the US, four in Africa. He is a former award-winning newspaper and magazine journalist and editor.
Sibusiso will further develop Brunswick’s leading offers in corporate communications, public policy and regulatory issues, as well as advise clients on other critical business issues. Working with teams globally at Brunswick, he will provide counsel to clients on, among other things, challenges in cross-border transactions. He will also draw on his broad network and international connections, which will be highly valuable to our clients.

Sibusiso Mngadi joins Brunswick from Bellwether Limited, a division of one of the world's largest global satellite communications firms, where he was chief commercial officer and regional managing director, Africa and Middle East.
Before joining Bellwether, Sibusiso was the chief corporate & strategy officer of Cell C, a South African mobile company and leading network provider in the country, where he was responsible for business development, strategy, legal, human resources, corporate communications, regulatory affairs and inter-carrier relations.
Prior to that, he spent eight years at Coca-Cola as VP and Director, overseeing strategy and business planning, new markets and products, worldwide public affairs and communications. He spent four years in the U.S., preceded by Johannesburg, SA, and multiple capitals across southern and east Africa. He was part of the Coca-Cola North America Leadership Team, and a member of the African CEO Forum. He is a former award-winning newspaper and magazine journalist and editor.
