Shahed Fakhari Larson


Shahed specializes in advising clients on business critical issues, including litigation and crisis, regulatory investigations, mergers and acquisitions, management transitions, and corporate governance matters. Her experience in corporate and financial communications spans a broad range of sectors, including oil and gas, retail and consumer goods, and financial services.

Shahed began her career as an attorney in the mergers and acquisitions group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Prior to joining Brunswick in 2011, she worked at Joele Frank, Wilkinson Brimmer Katcher, a strategic communications firm based in New York. Shahed received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in political science and sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

During her time at Brunswick, clients have included Accenture, Best Buy, BP, Dollar General, General Atlantic, Johnson Controls, KKR, Murphy Oil, Standard Chartered and United Rentals.
