Oliver Hughes


Oliver has extensive experience in international financial and corporate communications spanning media relations, corporate campaigns, transactions and issues management.

A leisure and consumer industries specialist, he has almost a decade’s experience advising high profile, international businesses which have included AT&T, Groupon, IHG, Santander and William Hill.

He has strong media and crisis communications credentials having advised on issues such as shareholder activism, OFT investigations, product recalls and high profile consumer issues and administrations. His transactional work includes advising Autonomy on its $12 billion sale to Hewlett-Packard, Game Group’s acquisition of Gamestation and the merger of Access and Intercontinental Banks in Nigeria creating the country’s fourth largest bank.

Outside of Brunswick he sits on the Board of Greenwich and Docklands International Festival; London’s leading festival of free outdoor performing arts.
