Relationships with stakeholders and an effective touchpoint management are becoming more and more challenging. Therefore it is essential to understand stakeholder voices and align strategy and communications with the expectations they need to meet.

Nadja Rappold


Nadja is a founding member of Brunswick’s Insight practice in Germany. Brunswick Insight provides the data and analysis that act as the strategic foundation of the Brunswick offer.

Nadja joined Brunswick in March 2015. Prior to her work at Brunswick, Nadja was Managing Director of facit research, a Serviceplan subsidiary in Munich, Germany from 2008 to 2014. At facit she advised clients across a multitude of sectors, developed new tools and was responsible for building the company’s business in Austria. Prior to joining facit, she was a consultant with PbS AG in Munich where she advised clients in financial and IT services as well as the consumer goods sector.
