Nadja joined Brunswick in March 2015 and heads the Brunswick Group’s Insight practice in Germany, Austria and CEE. Brunswick Insight provides the data and analysis that act as the strategic foundation of the Brunswick offer.

Over the course of her career, Nadja has used data-led insights to advise a wide range of clients on their communications strategies. Nadja is a data-driven strategist having worked across sectors and advising both multi-national and German (national) organizations. Her experience spans a wide variety of corporate situations, including reputation management, narrative and message development, market entry, organizational transformation and the creation of leadership engagement strategies and measurable tools.

Prior to her work at Brunswick, Nadja was Managing Director of facit research, a Serviceplan subsidiary in Munich, Germany from 2008 to 2014. At facit she advised clients across a multitude of sectors, developed new tools and was responsible for building the company’s business in Austria. Nadja studied business administration and psychology and is a certified systemic coach.
