Lauren is passionate about attracting and hiring top, diverse talent across client service and business enablement functions. Prior to joining Brunswick Group, she spent the last 12 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in a variety of roles including most recently as a Director of Talent Acquisition leading a team of recruiters responsible for bringing talent to PwC's Trust line of service.
Over the course of her career, Lauren has gained extensive experience within many strategic Human Capital functions including: headcount planning, employer branding, talent attraction, selection, retention, compensation & benefits, talent engagement, organizational design and data driven performance metrics. Lauren has a keen interest in staying current on data modeling and visualization technologies and uses this skill to serve her stakeholders' needs. Lauren is an alumna of Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
