Kisha joins Brunswick from law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz where, most recently, she was Director of Diversity and Recruiting.

In this role, she devised and implemented the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy and co-led its legal professional talent recruitment team. Before that, she held various other roles at the firm including Associate Director, Recruiting and Diversity, Manager, Recruiting and Diversity, and Legal Recruitment Coordinator. She began her career at Dewey Ballantine LLP.

Kisha received a B.A. in Psychology, modified with Sociology, from Dartmouth College.
