Katie is a director with a distinct focus on the firm’s global Employee Engagement offer. Katie partners with clients to inspire greater engagement and performance among employees in line with companies’ strategic priorities.

Katie is an accomplished communications professional with 15 years of experience developing and implementing integrated communications strategies and programs for both domestic and international audiences. She has helped organizations address and engage employees to ensure their understanding of their roles in contributing to the organization’s strategy, and connect with leadership during both critical times of change and day-to-day internal communications environments. Her work experience spans across the healthcare, pharmaceutical, energy, telecommunications, transportation, industrial and private equity industries, and specialties include leader communications training and frontline and union employee engagement.

Prior to joining Brunswick Group, Katie was a member of FTI Consulting’s Employee Engagement and Change team, and formerly lead internal and external country communications for Thales, a global defense company, in the United States. Katie began her career at Hill & Knowlton where she developed and implemented strategic and competitive media relations strategies.

Katie holds a degree in communications from Loyola University of Chicago and is certified in the ProSci® methodology of change management.
