The health care market is strongly regulated, but it is also challenging for good strategy and communication. Germany remains the reference market for the pharmaceutical industry.

Hubert Kümper

Director

Hubert specialises in health policy-based programmes and coordinating market access activity. This involves interpreting the latest health policy developments and other routes to reimbursement for clients, as well as engagement with decision-makers, including members of the Federal Joint Committee and medical KOLs, around reimbursement, HTA and other access-related topics.

Hubert has worked on Market Access-assignments for a number of top-10 global pharmaceutical and med-tech companies, across a range of therapeutic areas: CVD, rheumatology, pain management, oncology. He has extensive experience of global and German disease awareness campaigns, integrated healthcare programmes, and multi-stakeholder initiatives. This also includes thought-leadership-provoking assignments in the field of Hospital Access, bringing together a wide variety of thought leaders and politicians, discussing the future of the “Clinic 2025”, i.e. what will pharma have to offer to hospitals in 2025?

Hubert has also worked on classic product communications assignments for medtech and pharma for more than 20 years in the highly regulated and dynamic German pharma market.
