Before joining Brunswick, Marshall was UK CEO of Ogilvy Public Relations and EMEA Managing Director of Social, Digital and Content for Ogilvy & Mather. At Ogilvy, Marshall led digital and social media initiatives for British Airways, BP, Irish Life, Safaricom, and many others. Prior to Ogilvy, Marshall was EMEA Managing Director of Digital for Edelman, where he advised clients like Diageo, the BBC, BAE Systems, and Unilever on digital strategy and execution.

Amelia Pan

Amelia works with Brunswick’s clients - including FTSE 100 and Fortune 100 companies, and international NGOs – to focus their sustainability efforts on areas of the greatest business materiality, providing a platform for commercial leadership and mitigating business and reputational risks. Prior to Brunswick, Amelia was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, leading the International Corporate Access team in New York and London for 13 years.  In addition to her work on ESG, Amelia draws on her deep experience of capital markets to advise clients on other investor engagement issues, such as shareholder activism.

James leads our Digital team globally, providing senior strategic advice and creative digital solutions for clients including Facebook, Mondi, Nokia, GE, Hikma & Stanford University. He has over 20 years’ global communications experience working for both agencies and clients. Most recently he was Digital and Social lead at Fishburn, and before that Head of Digital at Network Rail (The UK rail Network) advising the company, industry and government on digital information provision. Previously James was Global Client lead across WPP’s global Jaguar and BAE systems business.

Her experience has included eBay Inc.'s defense against activist investor Carl Icahn, landmark initial public offerings for Facebook and Alibaba, Silver Lake’s take-private of Dell, Applied Materials’ merger with Tokyo Electron, and BGI's purchase of Complete Genomics (the first ever Chinese acquisition of a US-listed company). Before Brunswick she worked at Goldman Sachs in consumer-retail equity research.
