Marshall leads Brunswick’s Digital specialty in the UK, Europe and other key markets. Before joining Brunswick, Marshall was UK CEO of Ogilvy Public Relations and EMEA Managing Director of Social, Digital and Content for Ogilvy & Mather. At Ogilvy, Marshall led digital and social media initiatives for British Airways, BP, Irish Life, Safaricom, and many others. Prior to Ogilvy, Marshall was EMEA Managing Director of Digital for Edelman, where he advised clients like Diageo, the BBC, BAE Systems, and Unilever on digital strategy and execution.
Amelia works with Brunswick’s clients - including FTSE 100 and Fortune 100 companies, and international NGOs – to focus their sustainability efforts on areas of the greatest business materiality, providing a platform for commercial leadership and mitigating business and reputational risks. Prior to Brunswick, Amelia was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, leading the International Corporate Access team in New York and London for 13 years. In addition to her work on ESG, Amelia draws on her deep experience of capital markets to advise clients on other investor engagement issues, such as shareholder activism.

Tim has 20 years of buy and sell side equity investment experience with both public and private companies in North America, Europe and Asia. He joined Brunswick from ClearBridge Investments, the largest equity manager of Legg Mason. During his time there, Tim also acted as Chairman of the ClearBridge Proxy Committee, which involved extensive CEO and board level consultation for a $140+ billion asset manager. Tim has been quoted in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Barron’s while also appearing on CNBC, Bloomberg Television and other networks.
