David joined Brunswick from Antler Capital, a $1.1 billion global venture capital firm investing from 27 cities across six continents. As a Partner and member of the firm’s global expansion team, he hired 32 Partners who led the firm’s expansion from five to 27 cities across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and MENA over four years. David also recruited Antler’s Group Chief Investment Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer, both sitting members of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Prior to Antler, David was Senior Vice President, Global Head of Talent Acquisition at GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund and one of the world’s largest institutional investors. He oversaw a global team tasked with covering the fund’s public and private markets investment divisions spanning six distinctive asset classes. David previously looked after Partner recruitment at McKinsey, where he was a member of McKinsey’s New Ventures practice – at the time the fastest growing practice over a seven-year period. Earlier in his career, he was a member of Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services and Private Equity practices, and started at Credit Suisse in Investment Banking.
David serves on the Board of Firefly Foundation, a bioinformatics artificial intelligence platform designed to reimagine physician and surgeon training. He is an Advisor to venture capital and private equity funds – including Antler, MBM Capital, and VegaX. David serves as an Advisor and Alumni Career Coach at Duke University, where he graduated with distinction in International Relations, and at the Fuqua School of Business.
