Dale Nissenbaum

Director of Legal, Americas

Dale is Brunswick’s Director of Legal, Americas. She is responsible for all legal matters in the Americas and supports all business areas, including marketing, finance, human resources and technology.

Dale has extensive experience as a General Counsel with domestic and international in-house counsel expertise in public and private industry. She has over 20 years of corporate legal experience, as outside counsel in cross-industry mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property transactions and licensing. Areas of expertise include: complex contracts, negotiations, advising senior management, business strategy development, intellectual property, regulatory matters, litigation and real estate.

Prior to joining Brunswick in 2012, Dale was General Counsel of National Envelope Corporation, where she acted as primary counsel to a $700m privately-held international manufacturing company of 3,500 employees. Before that she was a Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Dale also worked in the New York office of Weil, where she specialized in global M&A and focused on corporate and intellectual property transactions. Dale holds a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
