Clare is a Director in Brunswick’s New York office, where she advises companies on building and protecting their reputations over the long term.

Clare advises global and US financial institutions on a range of strategic matters, including crisis and issues management, M&A, corporate positioning and media relations. She also specializes in cyber, data security and privacy matters, helping Fortune 500 companies respond to current situations and prepare for future issues.

Before joining Brunswick, Clare spent ten years at Lazard where she worked in global communications for corporate and financial advisory. She began her career at BNP Paribas in Paris, France. She holds a B.A. in International Affairs from University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an M.A. from Columbia University. She speaks French fluently.
