Caroline spent 10 years at ECI Partners, a UK-based private equity firm, where she was a Partner in the commercial team. Alongside supporting new investments, Caroline focused on helping management teams make better, evidence-based decisions and then implementing them effectively to drive sustainable growth.
Prior to this, Caroline spent three years as an Associate Director at KPMG, where she worked in both the UK and Australia as part of the Transaction Services team, responsible for leading commercial due diligence and M&A advisory assignments. Caroline began her career at Oliver Wyman, where she was responsible for the design and execution of a wide variety of strategic projects across a range of sectors and geographies.
