His experience includes working on some of the biggest banking crises and re-privatisations in Europe and the US. He has also worked closely with payments and fintech businesses on crisis management, activism, equity narrative development and transformational M&A.
Brian joined Brunswick in 2012 from Morgan Stanley, where he worked in corporate communications, covering the bank’s investment banking and capital markets businesses in EMEA. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Brian was at Lloyds Banking Group, where he worked in strategy and communications on a variety of projects related to the expansion of the bank’s wholesale markets business and its reaction to the financial crisis. Brian began his career at the Chicago Board of Trade and has worked and lived in both the US and Canada.
He has advised companies including Visa, Intercontinental Exchange and Barclays. Brian holds degrees in business and politics from Dublin Institute of Technology and Queen’s University, Belfast.
