He joined Brunswick in 2004 and has worked extensively in the US, Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. During his time at the firm, he spent five years in London before relocating to the UAE in 2009 and then moving to the U.S. in 2014. He has advised on more than 60 high-profile M&A, IPOs and other capital market transactions and projects for governments and private sector companies.
He has worked across multiple sectors and advised a number of the world’s industry leading organizations, including: Air Liquide, Diageo, Facebook, Google, Intercontinental Hotels Group, lululemon, Rolls-Royce, Thomson Reuters, Time Warner, Saudi Aramco and Southwest Airlines.
Prior to Brunswick, he worked in the creative industries for various film and TV commercials production companies.
