Ann-Kathrin has worked with businesses, as well as philanthropic and cultural institutions, grappling with systemic challenges from climate change and nature loss to health inequalities and financial crime.
Ann-Kathrin specialises in the development of organisational and issue-based narratives and their strategic activation. She works hand-in-hand with client teams to unearth and articulate future-facing stories they can rally behind and build on as an organisation. Using narrative as a springboard for action, Ann-Kathrin has worked with clients across a range of sectors to develop social impact programmes and advocacy campaigns that have been activated and grown by the organisations, often over multiple years.
In recent years, Ann-Kathrin has worked alongside Brunswick's Employee Engagement practice to embed new approaches that support sustainable business transformations from within. She has spent time working across Germany, Brussels, and the Nordics on client secondment. She is also part of the Brunswick team that established Open For Business - a coalition of 40+ global businesses advocating for LGBTQ+ inclusive societies.
Ann-Kathrin began her career at Weber Shandwick in London. She joined Brunswick from the London School of Economics where she completed an MSc in Development Studies. She is fluent in German.
