Andreas has 15 years of experience from executive advisory and managerial positions with two of the largest financial services groups in the Nordic region. With a background in treasury and finance and a core focus on funding, liquidity and capital management, he has broad experience from areas such as investor relations, financial & risk analytics, internal and external communication, people development, compliance, governance and executive support.

Prior to joining Brunswick in 2025, Andreas was a Senior Adviser to the CEO and CFO of Swedbank, securing unified and effective financial communication and was the Group lead of various targeted business strategy efforts with stakeholders such as rating agencies, FSAs, central banks, investors and analysts. He was also the head of the strategy team within Nordea’s Group Treasury & Asset Liability Management, overseeing operational transformation, planning, prioritisation and strategy execution.
