Alison Kay


Alison specializes in corporate reputation, financial PR and crisis communications. She has extensive experience in campaigning and complex cross-border projects.

Alison acts as a senior adviser to high-profile, international clients through growth, change and crisis. She has a strong background in media relations and issues management. Throughout her career she has worked with clients including Groupon, Southern Cross Landlords, Royal Bank of Scotland and Wolseley. Alison joined Brunswick in 2011 from RLM Finsbury.

Her transactional experience includes the sale of EMI Music to Universal Music Group and Sony/ATV; the $2.3bn debt restructuring of Punch Taverns; and Charter International's hostile defense against Melrose and the subsequent recommended $2.4bn takeover by Colfax Corporation. Alison is practised in financial calendar communications and capital markets advisory.
