Alexis joined Brunswick after eleven years with Marsh McLennan, where he held various roles in the finance organisation, initially in New York before transferring to London in 2016.

His most recent role was Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Mercer Marsh Benefits. He began his career as an analyst with HSBC in Paris. He is a graduate of ESCP Europe and holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
