Focused on technology, cyber, telecoms and banking; in particular the intersection of these sectors in driving growth in emerging markets. Will advised on the merger of Access and Intercontinental Banks in Nigeria; National Bank of Abu Dhabi’s global corporate reputation campaign and merger with First Gulf Bank; and IHS Towers’ international corporate profile and capital raising. He has advised companies such as MTN, AT&T, Inmarsat, DarkMatter, EastNets and Expo 2020 Dubai.
Prior to Brunswick, Will was the Managing Director of a successful business turnaround operation in the support services sector. He has an MBA from Cranfield University and was made an MBE in the 2007 New Year’s Honors List for his military service in Afghanistan.
