Virginie has more than 25 years of experience in Investment Banking and more recently as independent board member helping management to understand shareholders’ expectations on financial and ESG issues.

Before joining Brunswick in September 2022, Virginie was Managing Director for different international financial institution like Deutsche Bank or Nomura. She was also Global Head of Coverage and M&A for the French bank, Natixis. She has building strong relationships with corporate top management as M&A banker and equity advisor. As member of the Executive committee of Natixis and Lagardere she has been able to measure the importance of a good governance. Since 2019, she is independent board member for industrial company like Vallourec and currently for Lagardere in France and Mediobanca in Italy.

Virginie graduated from Sciences Po (Institut d’Etudes Politique de Paris) and holds an economic degree from Paris II Assas University.
